What forms of payment do you accept?
You have the option to pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, bank account, or make a regular account payment, through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to use the PayPal payment option?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What does it mean to be PayPal Verified?
Off Center Designs LLC is PayPal Verified! A Verified seller has provided additional evidence of their identity to PayPal by passing key security checks and completing the PayPal Verification process. Verification increases the overall security of the PayPal network because most buyers prefer to do business with Verified sellers. All orders are strictly monitored and guaranteed or your money back!

When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of an order being placed. If an item is unavailable or will take longer than normal you will be notified by email.  Custom printed orders will have specific information (dates ordering is open and the expected completion/pick-up/shipping dates) on the respective shop category page for your group/custom order.

What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns on custom printed order items.  Contact us if you would like to see a sample of a custom print item before placing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or blemished, contact us by e-mail or call us at 507-474-7875 and we will work with you to get you a replacement ASAP.
